    • create a way to charge their fees to their member account, like a lien for services
      • From Zee: Liens for services are a very interesting model for cooperatives, especially when balanced with retainer models. I’ve played with dual funding of professional services across up front and later a few times and I think it’s really powerful!
      • To clarify my question on deep vs wide is more for a cost accounting and service design and not a “let’s try and do big deals.” Being able to find the services provided out of the revenues sometimes means higher cost concierge experience that gets lower pricing as it’s service delivery gets tuned
    • create a pricing structure that reflects our closing costs, and create incentive for co-op members to bring that down by quantifying impact generated by enterprises
      • so that drives us towards higher initial cost structure, to then create the incentives
      • adjusting both listing and success fee for both impact and patronage
      • cover the costs, plus
    • consider positioning it all as beta
    • consider a future marketing campaign to attract members by providing these services to non-coop members
